BANANA CPH
During an exchange trip to Hawaii in 2017, Christian and his friend discovered how many overripe bananas are thrown away daily.
This realization made them think about the potential of these wasted fruits. Back in Denmark, Christian founded Banana CPH and began creating plant-based products. With a strong focus on sustainability and reducing food waste, Banana CPH quickly gained success and won hearts across the country.
The brand has received multiple awards and currently prevents more than 2,500 bananas per day from going to waste.
All Banana CPH products are plant-based and made from surplus bananas that would otherwise be discarded.
